# bat

> bat, cat with syntax highlighting and git changes; also the man page pager.

bat prints files with syntax highlighting, line numbers and git change marks. It is also the pager for man pages, so they are coloured and searchable.

## On the workstation

-   Installed by the `bat` formula; its themes are in `assets/theme/dot_config/bat`.
