fd and ripgrep

fd and ripgrep, fast find and grep that respect .gitignore.

.md

fd finds files by name and ripgrep finds text inside them. Both skip what .gitignore ignores and are many times faster than find and grep, which matters in large repositories.

On the workstation

Installed by the fd and ripgrep formulae.
rg is aliased to rg --smart-case: lowercase searches ignore case, mixed case does not.
